When people about being “intoxicated” it usually brings to mind whimsical misadventures due to the overindulgence of their favorite alcoholic beverages. Some regretful, some not.

What Intoxicates Me?

When I think of what really intoxicates me, I tend to focus on intoxication of the senses and the mind. Sure, sure, I love a good glass of wine, and it can definitely help lift my inhibitions. But, what really intoxicates me is a man with intelligence, sophistication and a wicked wit. There really is no greater aphrodisiac than a man with a brain and exquisite taste.

Someone with class, a magnetic personality, and style. Now that, my darlings, is intoxicating.

50 Shades of Sexy: Pour Some Sugar On Me

I’m late, I’m late! But at least I’ve come up with something for this week. The clouds are lifting and I am beginning to get into the creative mood again!

I decided to have a little fun this week and make my very hard working Malt, Ian, a super-special strawberry shake! Don’t I look proud?

In my over-excitement it seems I became a bit clumsy! It’s a good thing I’m wearing my Sweetheart Lingerie set from Mon Cheri. He can’t stay mad at me when I look so cute, right?

I’m also wearing the newest skin from Izzie’s called Harlow. After her Ginevra release, I thought I had found my “go-to” skin for sure. But, but, but… THEN she released Harlow and I think I’m in love. It will be a while before I pry this one off of my body. I accented the vintage look with some cat-eye eyeliner from Panda Punx and this cute pin-up style ‘do from Truth.

12 Days of Lingerie Day 6: Firework

xFAILx I know I know, please forgive me. I have failed the lingerie challenge. But please believe me when I say I am trying my best. Sometimes RL just gets in the way, you all know how it is, right? So, today I was planning on giving you a double feature with days 6 and 7, but I am just so, so tired and I don’t want to deliver a second rate review. I will catch up tomorrow!

Day 6 is a gorgeously feminine little outfit that just begs for romance. This Sweet Nothings lingerie from Mon Cheri in midnight celebrates all that is old hollywood, glamour and the feminine. So many times when designers try to do “sparkles” or rhinestones on an outfit, they end up looking flat and stretched. Freya Oliveri does an amazing job with these jewels, they look so realistic, I can almost see them shimmer. By know you all should know that I am a stickler for “finishing.” Finished edges are must on any Second Life fashion piece I wear. If a designer doesn’t take the time to finish the edges, it kind of makes me feel like they don’t have much pride in their work. But hey, that’s just me, and this outfit is finished perfectly.

I thought this look was particularly sassy. I love the bra top with the little skirt!

This combination is so damn hawt! I had to strategically cover most of it with my hair, however, the pasty layer consists of little jewels covering the breast, kind of in the shape of a firework burst. So naturally, it made me think of Katy Perry and her song Firework!
